Fit and Block
Size-set sampling confirms grading and wearability before a full run is cut.
Approve fit, fabric, print, and branding on a physical sample before you commit production capacity.
Sampling is where a brief becomes a manufacturable product. Crossports produces prototype units so you can check hand-feel, construction, artwork placement, labels, and sizing before bulk is booked.
If something is off on our side, we remake the sample and iterate until you approve. That approval becomes the standard every bulk unit is measured against.
A sample is not a sketch. It is the working reference for fabric, fit, decoration, and finishing.
Size-set sampling confirms grading and wearability before a full run is cut.
You can compare performance, stretch, and weight options against the intended use.
Artwork placement, color, and labels are reviewed on the actual garment.
Comments come back into the tech pack so the next sample or bulk lot stays aligned.
We do not schedule bulk until the sample is signed off. That keeps cost, timing, and quality under control.
We confirm construction, fabric, and decoration so sample pricing and timing are realistic.
The sample is cut, sewn, branded, and shipped for review against your brief.
Signed comments lock the standard. Bulk production then follows the approved sample.
